1 Teaching methods of the teacher that I observed
It was with great opportunity having two different class observations. First, I was placed in class 10S with my cooperating teacher, Mr. Hien--a physical education teacher. I observed how organized he is in disciplining his students, he uses guided instruction and experiential learning method. In which he first introduces the different footwork of badminton, then allow his students to experience and perform such footwork.

Second, I was placed in class 4V having with Ms. Mai Trinh together with my co-outbounds to conduct end-of week class meeting observation per group. I observed that Ms. Mai used guided instruction or teacher centered approach as she was being discussing and reviewing the previous lesson. Overall, I am inspired of how she managed the classroom very well.

2 Their learning materials and innovation
The school has library where every students can access different learning materials like book. They also have technological devices such as television which can support teachers in implementing the lesson through connection from laptop or mobile phone.

However, in physical education, the school provides indoor and outdoor facilities. Students also have personal equipment that foster direct access in every activity.
3 Sources of learning and technology used by the teachers
During Teacher Hien class, he discussed the different footwork of badminton. It was feasibly learned by the students because Teacher Hien himself personally demonstrated such footwork. He did not use television but he utilized the indoor facility which is the badminton court.

Further, Ms. Mai Trinh used television which displays the PowerPoint presentations through her laptop. She also utilized the white board as facilitated the classroom monitor's election.
​
These observations help me realized that technology integration fosters quality access to education.

4 Authentic assessment used by the teacher
Teacher Hien allows his students to do exhibition of the different footwork of badminton after he demonstrated.

Meanwhile, Ms. Mai Trinh conducted oral recitation and allow the students to answer her question. As observer, I felt the student's eagerness to answer, thus they are the manifestation that Ms. Mai Trinh is an effective teacher.
